HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN AND REFUND

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

1) Call or email us (800) 843.5751 service@diamond-me.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization number.  We will NOT accept a return without a Return Authorization number.

2) Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, follow instructions on the Return insert included in your package.

3) When we receive the package, the product is inspected, checked for damages and tested to verify authenticity.

Once it's passed, a refund is processed. You should see the reimbursement of the purchase price on your credit card within 24 to 48 hours.
