We know you're going to love our fantastic selection, super-low prices and exceptional customer service.  That's why we're proud to stand behind our products and offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We supply accurate images on all of our products, and on higher value products will feature as many as 4 angles of products.  We would much rather answer any questions regarding size or quality BEFORE you buy an item.  We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and our customer service representatives can help insure that you get exactly what you are looking for. 

We realize that despite our best efforts to disclose all relevant product details about each and every piece we sell, there will be occasions that you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with the item you received for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price, shipping fees are not reimbursable. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN AND REFUND
To initiate a return of an item you purchased from us, please follow the instructions below:

1) Package the item in its original condition with any certification or papework that may have been enclosed with your shipment. 

2) Address the return package to the address below.  We do not reimburse the expense of return shipping.  Do not indicate the package's contents anywhere on the outside of the box.  We cannot be responsible for any packages that do not arrive to our returns facility, therefore you may wish to insure the package for the value of your purchase.

3) Once we receive the package, we will process your return in a timely manner.  Once your product is inspected and tested to verify authenticity, we will process the refund.  You should see the reimbursement for the full price of the jewelry only on your card within a few days. 

Please be patient with processing of your return.  Different shipping carriers may get your product back to us sooner than others, if you have a tracking number it will assist us in locating your return if you do have any questions on whether we have received it.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
All of our products ship insured via UPS 2nd day air-mail, as a service to you.  We also ship all in stock orders received before 11:00AM same day.  If you have special needs regarding your product, please contact us as soon as possible.  We can arrange for special shipments including overnight service and Saturday delivery for an additional fee. E-mail service@diamond-me.com either prior to or just after making your purchase to make sure we give your order special attention.

VOIDING OF WARRANTY
If at any time a piece of jewelry from Diamond-Me is tampered with or serviced by any jewelers other than our own, which includes ring sizing, diamond replacement or other jewelry services, all manufacturer's warranties and return privileges become null and void.  We regret having this policy, however we cannot be sure of the skill of any jewelers other than our own, and we cannot accept returns on any items that may have been damaged.  Please contact us for any questions about this policy.
